Hello! My name is Berry, and I build in the sims! I build all sorts of different things (houses, apartment, cafes, etc.) and am not limited since I have all the packs. Exterior: Blue Interior: Grey and neutral colors- What kind of family is this for? How should the rooms be decorated? (teen, children, etc.)
Small family. Two moms and their twin boy children. Kids can share a room or have separate.- Would you like extra rooms? (office, movie theater, gym, green house, garage, etc.)
No extra rooms necessary unless there is space. Definitely need a chess table for logic skill and a computer.- Any specific style for the build? (ex: modern, suburban, cottage, etc.)

The moms are interested in cooking and gardening. They are into modern or classy looking furniture. They like to host parties to entertain their friends. The children are into sports, school, logic and music as well as video gaming. They love playing the piano and singing.- Build budget? (20,000, 50,000, no amount, etc.)
